Campus Cancellation Policy

Skatepark Sessions 

We cannot offer refunds for cancellations of skatepark sessions,. Should your request be up to 7 days prior we will allow the booking to be rescheduled. Please email us at info@campusskateboarding.com with your request. Within 7 days of the booked session you will not be entitled to move your booking. 

Tuition & Skate Club

We do not offer refunds for cancellations of group tuition, 1:1 tuition or Skate Club days booked. Should your request be up to 7 days prior we will allow the booking to be rescheduled. Please email us at info@campusskateboarding.com with your request. Within 7 days of the booked session you will not be entitled to move your booking. 

If you believe you have extenuating circumstances leading to the cancellation of your session please email your request to info@campusskateboarding.com please title your email CANCELLATION REQUEST and be sure to include the time, date, name of the booking as well as the type of booking and the reason you are requesting a cancellation. Your request will be considered but we cannot guarantee a refund. Please allow up to 10 days to hear from us. 

Private Hire

We cannot offer refunds for rescheduling of any private hire session within 14 days of the booked session. Should your request be up to 14 days prior we will allow the booking to be rescheduled. Please email us at info@campusskateboarding.com with your request. Within 14 days of the booked session you will not be entitled to move your booking. 

Should you wish to cancel your private hire and request a refund this must be done at least 4 weeks prior to your booking via email to info@campusskateboarding.com Any refund will be subject to £20 cancellation and admin fee.
